Part-time Legal Intake Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with the legal support they need. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking family law assistance, guiding them through the initial consultation process and helping them understand the firm's services and fee structure.

Responsibilities:

* Intake: Conduct thorough and empathetic intake interviews with potential clients to gather essential information about their legal needs.

* Follow Up: Diligently follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and schedule consultations with attorneys.

* Consult Fee Discussion: Clearly communicate the firm's fee structure and payment options to potential clients.

* Client Onboarding: Guide qualified clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and appointments are scheduled.

* Sales-Oriented Approach: Utilize a consultative sales approach to build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and explain how the firm can best serve them.

Qualifications:

- Prior Experience working as a Legal Intake Specialist.

- Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
