Virtual Assistant - Excellent English for Customer Service & Experienced with Keap

Looking for a VA with excellent English and experience with automations/campaigns in Keap. Experience with Youtube is helpful but not essential. The ability to be patient, empathetic and pay close attention to detail when emailing clients is the most important.

I will train you step by step on each task. Your attitude and excellent written English are the most important!

Required:
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Empathy and patience with clients
- Thorough with every task (ex. doesn't mispell a client's name or forget to check their file before answering an email)
- Not afraid to ask questions or seek clarification
- A genuine desire to help each customer

Basic Tasks include:
- Adding or updating emails to Keap Campaigns (copy provided)
- Publishing events on Circle (no experience needed, I'll train you)
- Updating Youtube video descriptions (copy provided)
- Embedding videos in my app from Youtube

Customer Service Tasks
- Screening emails
- Answering technical questions (I'll train you and give you templates)
- Personalizing templates for standard responses when appropriate
- Separating out emails that need to be forwarded to me
- Offering personalized alternative to auto-reply when I'm unavailable

My clients are divorced men who are usually in acute emotional distress. They need compassion, patience and respect in every single communication. I'm looking for someone who cares deeply about their work and the people they are serving, and who isn't in a hurry to rush to the next task.

5-10 hours/week to start, potential for more hours as we go.
