1 to 2 leads per day
8 offers per month
1 or 2 Signed Contract per month
1 Closing per month

Structure and Job description
You will be in charge of following up a lead, comp, build trust, make offers, sign and close the deals.
You will also be generating leads as a cold caller.

Clear Compensation
Monthly Pay (Payable end of Month Pacific Time via Remitly gCash)
Each deal closed = $100 per deal
More than 3 closed = $200 per deal (retro, making total $600+)
Weekly Pay (Payable end of Sunday Pacific Time via Remitly gCash)
1 to 2 leads per day average = $4 per hour
The Minimal Bar
0 to 1 leads per day average = $3 per hour
If you perform at this level for more than 2 weeks, you will be replaced.
