We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller and Prospector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to generating leads. This role involves reaching out to potential property sellers, identifying investment opportunities, and setting appointments for our acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners to identify potential wholesale deals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and gather necessary information.
Set appointments for the acquisition team to meet with potential sellers.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate cold calling, sales, or telemarketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the real estate market and wholesale processes is a plus.
