Fullstack Web3 Developer

We're seeking Fullstack Web3 Developers to join our team on a project-to-project basis with the option to continue full-time. If you have a strong foundation in Solidity smart contracts and proficiency in Typescript + ReactJS/NextJS, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work closely with our team to develop seamless and efficient decentralized applications (DApps) for the web3 and crypto space.

Candidate Skills Profile:

Hard Skills:
Basic knowledge & experience with Solidity smart contracts, including deployment, verification, and testing in Hardhat / Foundry.
Proficiency in Typescript + ReactJS/NextJS with the ability to efficiently convert Figma designs and animations into high-quality code. Demonstrated experience in maintaining an organized code structure, implementing smooth interactions between components, and prioritizing User Experience (UX) in development.
Expert knowledge of ethers.js/viem and the capability to integrate wallets (Metamask, Rainbow wallet, web3modal) into Decentralized Applications (DApps).
Expertise in smart contract subgraphs.
Expertise in Backend Development in Node.js and MongoDB/PostgresSQL.
Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Slack, ClickUp, Vercel, AWS.
Previous experience leading a dev team is highly valued. We are looking for someone who can start as part of the dev team and transition into the lead dev role.

Proficiency in written communication in English and good verbal communication in English.
