Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a creative and driven Video Editor to join our team and help us build engaging content for our clients in the real estate industry. If you love crafting visually appealing stories and have an eye for detail, this full-time remote position might be perfect for you.

Full-Time Remote Position
As a Video Editor, you will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, on a night shift (9 PM - 6 AM PH Time) to align with our US-based clients. You'll need excellent people skills, integrity, and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
Edit and produce six short-form videos per day, ensuring high quality and alignment with clients' brands, colors, and preferences.
Create engaging content using talking head videos and b-roll footage with trending audio edits.
Maintain consistency in visual style and brand elements across all edited videos.
Ensure all videos meet Instagram specifications, including borders and text placement.
Identify hooks and key intrigue-building moments in conversations to enhance watch time.
Develop and implement strategies to keep the audience visually engaged and interested.
Take direction well and prioritize clients' interests, stories, and personal external content.
Act as a team player, contributing positively to the team’s community and engagement.
Communicate effectively and approachably with team members and clients.
Utilize video editing tools and software proficiently to deliver high-quality content.
Stay organized on the backend, following systems, processes, and calendars meticulously.
Manage and archive video assets efficiently using tools like Google Drive.
Stay updated with current Instagram trends and text-on-screen styles.
Be willing to learn and grow within the role, aiming for increased responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
Regularly review and audit published videos to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Participate in feedback sessions and performance evaluations to continuously improve.

Experience
Proven experience with short-form and interview-style video editing, with multiple samples showcasing your work.
Strong skills in splicing, identifying hooks, and building intrigue to increase watch time.
Experience in creating content that keeps audiences visually engaged and interested.
Familiarity with Instagram specifications and trends, including text-on-screen styles.
Proficiency in video editing tools and software.
Organizational skills to manage video assets and adhere to systems and processes.
Prior experience in real estate/property edits is a plus but not required.
Effective communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback well.
Experience in long-form content and digital course building is a plus but not required.
