Tasks:
Create graphics for events, specials, and ads as directed.
Create social media content and actively post on all platforms
Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop dealership specials and promotions
Monitor all website and report any issues to the Marketing Director
Answer reviews and report customer issues to the respective store General Manager
Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude
Demonstrate our commitment to “Make Things Right”
All work products should be reviewed and approved by the Marketing Director
Support Management at the store as requested
Basic SEO tasks:
Optimize graphics and images for web use (e.g., compress images, use alt tags)
Write meta descriptions and optimize page titles for website pages
Use keywords strategically in social media posts and website content
Monitor website analytics and report on key metrics (e.g., page views, engagement)
Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels
