REDDIT SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER | VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and smart-working virtual assistant to work as our Reddit VA Expert. The main objectives are to manage Reddit accounts, conduct Reddit research, and post content for our agency while focusing on certain demographics/target markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create, Maintain, and Warming up Reddit Accounts following Reddit’s Guidelines
-Content Research: Identify relevant subreddits and threads aligned with our company's interests
-Content Creation: Craft engaging posts and comments, adhering to subreddit Upgrade to see actual infomunity
-Engagement: Interact with users, respond to comments, and foster positive relationships.
-Familiar with Content Schedulers
-Flexibility in handling multiple accounts
-Understands Reddit Karma and knows how to work around it to our benefit
-Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on Reddit trends for content creation.
-Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular activity reports.
-Moderation: Assist in maintaining respectful and inclusive subreddit communities.
-Reputation Management: Address any negative feedback professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 2 months of prior experience as a Reddit VA
-Strong familiarity with Reddit's platform, subreddits, and community culture.
-Exceptional written communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Keen attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.
-Willingness to adapt to changing Reddit policies.
-Proactive and creative mindset, ability to work independently and in a team.
-Comfortable using GoLogin when working (we can teach you how to use this in case you’re not familiar)
-Professional communication
-Fast Internet (must have)
-No other employment (MUST!!!)

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
-Location: Remote/Work from Home
-Employment Type: Full-Time (flexible hours or you can work in a shift that works well for you ? 8 hours)
-Work days: 5-6 days per week
-Salary: $3 per hour plus bonuses
