GoHighLevel Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in the GoHighLevel platform to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of projects using the GoHighLevel platform, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving client objectives. Knowledge in using Notion is preferred. You will be working 40 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project in planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases using project management methodologies
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure project profitability
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide training and support to clients on using the GoHighLevel platform effectively.

Requirements:
- Experience in project management for 3-5 years
- Proficiency in using the GoHighLevel platform
- Fluent in American English, written and oral
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
