We're looking for someone who can setup and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc), as well as email marketing campaigns (drip sequences with A/B testing, across dozens of warmed up mailboxes, sending thousands of emails per day). You should also work our web developers to properly deploy and configure conversion tracking tags (probably via Google Analytics). Then every Friday you'll need to pull together all performance stats into an end-of-week report for management.
This is creating and optimizing both consumer paid ads and B2B lead generation ads.
It's a full-time job because of the non-stop testing and optimization across a wide variety of platforms.
