Social Media & Community Manager (Twitter & Telegram)

Are you a creative and driven social media expert with a passion for community management? We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to manage and grow our Twitter and Telegram channels which are focused only on cryptocurrency. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content and building an active and involved community.

Responsibilities:


Twitter:

Develop and implement engaging and relevant content strategies.
Daily posting of content that aligns with our brand identity and audience interests.
Interact with followers through retweets, likes, comments, and direct messages.
Monitor trends and respond to relevant discussions to increase our visibility.
Analyze performance and report key metrics.

Telegram:

Manage and moderate Telegram channels and groups.
Answer questions and support community members.
Monitor and approve new members to ensure the quality of the community.
Initiate and stimulate conversations to increase engagement.
Create hype and increase subscriber numbers through various promotional channels.
Implement measures to keep the community safe and respectful.

General:

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Develop strategic plans to drive community growth.
Organize and execute online events and campaigns.
Analyze feedback and trends for continuous improvement.
Be available for evening and weekend shifts to monitor and support community activities.

Requirements:

Experience managing social media channels, preferably Twitter and Telegram.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Creative thinking and the ability to create engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting methods.
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency.
