Job Title: Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist
Location: Remote - Offshore

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prospect Research: Identify potential leads within the flooring industry and related sectors through research and analysis.

Outreach Strategies: Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media to reach out to prospects and initiate contact.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring all details are accurately communicated and confirmed.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities, appointment settings, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation and appointment setting strategies.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting roles, preferably within the flooring or construction industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging emails and messages and conduct professional phone conversations.

Proficiency in using various lead generation and appointment setting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in scheduling and managing appointments for a sales team.
