JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring a QUALIFIED Candidate who KNOWS how to Speak, Read AND Write in English VERY proficiently. In addition, has a minimum of 4 years of experience speaking ONLY in English with English speaking customers by either inbound or outbound calling. APPLYING candidate MUST be 27 years or older AND a female.

JOB CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING 3 DUTIES:
1. Data Entry of verifying records or updating records on a excel sheet.
2. Updating or inputting client info in the agencies database.
3. Miscellaneous task that can range from making outbound calls to creating word documents.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE and TOOLS:
1. Must KNOW how to Speak, Read & Write in English VERY proficiently.
2. Must have at least 4 years of experience handling inbound OR outbound calls with ONLY English-speaking customers.
3. Be Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Powerpoint
4. Have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop
5. Must be 27 years or older and be a female

WORK SCHEDULE:
A minimum of 20 hrs per week will be required to be work and occasionally extra hrs will be necessary to be worked
Weekly Schedule may vary depending what job assignments/task are needed to be completed
Schedule will be talked about prior to week starting AND its possible daylight Philippines hrs can be worked occasionally

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This job is a 20 hrs per week Part Time that is Permanent employment and occasionally extra hrs will be available
2. An hourly rate increase will be provided after 90 days of being hired
3. Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's work performance which can increase employee's hourly rate
4. Monthly Bonuses can be earn depending on Workers 5 criterias listed below.
PERFORMANCE = The Quality of work demonstrated on all job assignments/task
AND how efficiently did all the job assignments/task get completed.
PRODUCTION = The Amount of job assignments/task that were completed and complexity of them.
ATTENDANCE = The Time able to work and to be on time for all job assignments/task.
CREATIVITY = Taking initiative on new job assignments that could help the business OR thinking outside the box for problem
solving OR the attention to detail and thoughtfulness to any give job assignment/task.
Monthly Bonus can be as high as $50 dlls.
