Junior Admin Staff

Job Scope:
Price Checking:
- Conduct daily and weekly price checks on various products across multiple e-commerce platforms and markets.
- Record and compare prices to ensure competitiveness and identify discrepancies.
- Report findings to the relevant departments to support pricing strategy decisions

AWB Generation:
- Generate Air Waybills (AWBs) for shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all shipment details are correct and comply with company policies and shipping regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
- Maintain records of all AWBs and related documentation for future reference.
- Other ad hoc tasks that may be given from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Ecommerce Admin, or in E-commerce setting, or any related.
- Proficient in handling E-commerce platforms (Shopee, LAZADA, Tiktok, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Campaigns, Promos, and other marketing strategy in ecommerce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can start immediately
