UIUX Web Designer

Conceptualise ideas for creative and interactive web and app
Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points and objectives.
Gather data-driven insights and maximise collected data to perform design actions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualise and effectively communicate design ideas and user flow.
Design visually stunning and engaging user interfaces and flows that adhere to design principles, branding guidelines and best practices.
Apply responsive web principles and SEO best practices to web UI/UX.
Collaborate with client, developers and clients to ensure that designs are feasible, within scope and aligned with project goals.
Stay current with industry trends, design and AI tools, and emerging technologies to ensure personal relevance in the industry and contribute to the continuous growth of the design process.
Critique constructively the designs of other agencies, partners, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Work on various CMS tools like WordPress Elementor, Vev, Webflow, etc to create website designs.
Translate design into reality by finding innovative solutions.
Requirements
Work closely with client and follow through the project to ensure development is correct according to design and functionality requirements
Create UIUX Audits

Minimum Diploma/Degree in UI/UX and Website Design, Communications, Marketing or related studies
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role required
Proficiency in web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Required Solid understanding of user-centric design principles, data-driven design concepts and usability best practices
Solid understanding of SEO (especially on-page)
Familiarity with the management of various Social Media platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
Proficiency in WordPress CMS and other similar web-building platforms will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Photography, and Video Editing skills will be an advantage.
