SPANISH Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Looking for a QUALIFIED Candidate who KNOWS how to speak AND write in both Spanish AND English proficiently. In addition, has experience handling inbound calls from customers to answer their questions AND following up with customers about their pending concerns OR following up with vendors to verify customers needs have been processed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Must KNOW how to speak & write in Spanish proficiently and be able to engage in conversations with Customers in Spanish language about their questions or concerns.
2. Must KNOW how to speak & write in English proficiently and be able to engage in conversations with Customers in English language about their questions or concerns.
3. NEED to have 2 or MORE years of experience handling inbound calls from customers to answer questions OR problem solve for customers inquiries.
4. KNOWLEDGEABLE in verifying info with vendors OR following up with vendors about customers needs to provide the best customer satisfaction.

3. Have 2 or more years of customer service experience
