More than 5 years experience in customer service, replying
EXPERT IN ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITING. Do not apply if your english is not on expert level.
The Full Time Customer Service Manager should have the following qualities:
1. Advanced in English speaking and writing
2. Have Knowledge in Gorigas, Shopify, Excel, Gmail,
3. Experience in handling chargeback/dispute in shopify and paypal
4. Able to reply to
5. 10 years experience in replying to customers queries
6. Experience in training customer service representatives
7. Advanced communication skills.
8. Experience in Social Media Comment moderation across multiple platforms
9. Actively engaging with the team
10. Must have access to a laptop and high-speed internet
Schedule: Monday to Friday at 8:00PM- 4:00AM PH TIME (Morning Time of USA and Night time of Philippines)
