We are looking for a motivated and organized full-time Lead Recruiter / HR-Admin who specializes in recruiting for various virtual assistant positions. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to screening applicants through various job websites. You will also assist with various administrative tasks from time to time.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Source and screen candidates using online platforms and job boards.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of interview questions and evaluation materials.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Previous recruiting experience (Conducting interviews, screening applicants, posting job ads across platforms)
• Previous VA administrative experience
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment and fast-paced work setup
• Stable internet connection
• A headset and microphone for communication
