Are you a seasoned professional ready to lead and shape the future of our Amazon operations? We're searching for an Amazon Catalogue Director to guide our team and drive success in the e-commerce world!

The ideal candidate must have a strategic mindset and a passion for optimising operations. You excel at managing projects, mentoring staff, and adapting to the ever-evolving Amazon landscape. With your leadership skills and dedication to high standards, you’re perfectly suited to ensure our department consistently meets and exceeds its goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a smooth and effective operational system within the department.
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Consistently meet and surpass departmental KPIs and OKRs.
- Develop and enhance the skills of the Amazon Catalogue Specialists (ACS) Team through comprehensive training.
- Create new procedures and refine existing ones to enhance department efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of work from the ACS Team through quality assurance.
- Determine hiring needs, manage the ACS Team, and foster a strong, cohesive unit.
- Stay informed on the rapid changes in Amazon’s ecosystem to keep the team ahead of the curve.
- Engage with our social media channels, including podcasts, live sessions, and training events.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central, with comprehensive knowledge of all its aspects.
- 3+ years of experience in an agency setting, skilled at managing multiple demands and priorities.
- At least 2 years of team management experience, including hiring, performance management, and staff development.
- Proficient with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp, and experienced in managing flat files, Amazon support cases, and brand registry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions to enhance catalogue performance and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, but not essential if you have the experience and skills to match.
- Proven ability to work across departments, fostering teamwork and achieving shared goals.
