Role Overview:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic, trendsetting Social Media Content Strategist & Designer to amplify our brand's voice across digital platforms. Your mission? To craft captivating content that not only stops thumbs mid-scroll but also drives engagement and conversions. If you're a pro at producing fast-paced, fun reels, writing scroll-stopping hooks, and designing eye-catching graphics – you're the visionary we need!
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
o Develop and execute a content calendar, focusing on IG stories and reels that spark conversation.
o Craft compelling captions and hooks that not only resonate with our audience but also boost engagement.
o Leverage our existing social media accounts to further grow our community and drive conversions.

• Content Creation:
o Design stunning graphics and visual content that perfectly embody our brand's aesthetic.
o Produce high-quality reels and short videos showcasing our design transformations and expert tips.
o Utilize your top-notch graphic design skills (especially in Canva) to ensure all content is visually captivating.
o Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest social media trends into our content strategy.

Email Marketing:
o Create and manage visually appealing, engaging email campaigns that drive results.
o Develop effective email marketing strategies to increase conversions and foster audience loyalty.

• Administrative Support:
o Provide assistance with marketing and content creation-related administrative tasks.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in creating social media content and graphic design.
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and campaigns.
• Exceptional graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools, particularly Canva.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create captivating and visually stunning content.
• In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (a plus).
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
