High Quality Shopify Webdesigner

We are an e-commerce company who is selling in the EU. We would like to build out a new Shopify Store. We are searching for someone who has a lot of experience and is very good in graphic design and building out a Shopify Store.
The quality really needs to be high and he/she needs to fill in all the products, categories, home page etc. It really has to stand out with the graphic designs, customized logo's, before and after images etc.
