The Cold Caller Specialist will:

-Perform outreach to lead list of smoke shops and convenience stores with scripts, talking points and regular feedback provided (must have some prior lead generation or sales experience)
-Build interest in our product line and warm up leads
-Gather all information for leads such as store owner or manager emails and phone numbers, types of products sold, interest in tobacco products, etc.
-Maintain quality of lead lists through directories and data sources provided
-Help track applications, qualify them and coordinate with account executives/closers
-Support in keeping track of performance data
-Share product catalogs with the leads and follow up regularly
-Assist in generating orders/invoices for new and existing retail accounts (if necessary)

Requirements:

-English fluency with minimal accent
-Must have a great personality over the phone and be adaptable to the customer base
-Must have experience handling objections and building interest during the initial outreach
-Must be creative in generating your own script version (which will be provided) and test different approaches while relaying feedback to the rest of team
-Good communication skills
-Creative problem solving
