Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of merchant cash advances.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Client Consultation:

Understand the financial needs and goals of clients.
Provide expert advice on available cash advance options and guide clients through the application process.
Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Application Processing:

Assist clients in completing the necessary documentation for their cash advance applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.
Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Track and report on sales performance and client feedback.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of merchant cash advance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
