Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time/
Working Hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

> Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
> Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients, teams, and partners, ensuring clear communication.
> Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for smooth daily operations.
> Administrative Support: Handle emails, document prep, data entry, and record-keeping.
> Research & Analysis: Conduct research to support business strategies, including market and competitor insights.
> Personal Assistance: Help with personal tasks like scheduling, household coordination, and travel arrangements.
> Budget Management: Track expenses and assist in budget oversight.
> Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively to ensure project success.
> Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. (minimum of 5 years in this role)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and project management software tools.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough reviews.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, sales funnels, or copywriting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
