The
THE ROLE
Build rapport with guests and foster long-term relationships.
During specified hours, respond to potential booking inquiries and guest outreach.
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless VIP service.
Provide comprehensive knowledge of our properties, amenities, and VIP offerings/discounts.
Maintain accurate records and document guest interactions and preferences.
Learn, further develop, and communicate company services and policies and stay on top of policy changes.
Work on Streamline onboarding, IE
Communicate cleaning needs/requests/issues to cleaning crew weekly and address damages.
Make an introduction to a 3rd party concierge service provider when requested.
Become totally familiar and have total access to all technology/home automation.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with 2+ experience on VIP services, property management, and customer service experience.
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Hard working, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Discreet and professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be a calming force when difficult situations arise, able to express empathy to guests in stressful situations and work with other tea
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong time-management and organizational skills with awareness of critical deadlines; set and exceed aggressive individual and organizational goals.
Basic understanding of some aspects of housing development and/or construction property management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other typical office software programs.

Schedule:
Every other week, Monday to Sundays, 4pm to 10pm.
