eCommerce Phone Sales

Base salary: $400 - $700 depending on experience
Commission: 5% of sales.

**Product & Company Information**
Golden Ratio Group sells pain-relief health products through Facebook advertisements. Our return rate is less than 1% and we have over 100,000+ satisfied customers and dozens of satisfied review testimonial videos from our customers, so you will be talking to people who already know or love our products. Our products are genuinely life-changing, and we are looking for a salesperson to help us in our mission to help people live pain-free lives by reconnecting to nature.

**Job Summary:**
> Contact existing & new customers (abandoned carts) to inform them about our products or services using scripts.
> Answer questions and educate people on the functionality of the product.
> Help guide people through the checkout process by answering questions & providing support throughout the process
> Enter and update customer information in the database.
> Upon a sale, process orders accurately and promptly.
> Keep records of calls and sales and note useful feedback to improve products

**Job Requirements:**
> 12+ months experience in sales with successful quota achievement
> Strong communication and negotiation skills.
> Proficiency in English.
> Excellent knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
> Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
> Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
> Cold-calling experience preferred

**Work location/time:**
> Remote
> Hours Flexible: We have customers in USA/Canada/UK/Australia/NZ/Europe.
