Amazon Suspensions Specialist

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Amazon Account Suspension and Listing Suppression Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of how to craft appeal emails, in order to get accounts reinstated and listings reactivated.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage appeals for account deactivations
Manage appeals for listing deactivations
Collaborate with Catalog Team
Drive issues to a solution with seller support.
Keep abreast of the latest Amazon policies and best practices to ensure accurate navigation of appeals

Qualifications:
Able to work 8 am - 5 pm ET US.
Proven experience managing appeals and successfully getting accounts reinstated and listings reactivated
Flat file expertise is a must
Expertise dealing with Seller Support and resolving issues through professional and prompt communication
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
