JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for another creative strategist to join our fractional growth team, great opportunity for someone looking to learn how the sausage is made at the 9-fig scale.

- What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with paid media managers to develop and execute tailored content strategies for each client across multiple accounts
Analyze data from diverse sources to generate insights, new marketing angles, and innovative performance creatives
Iterate on promising or winning creatives, adapting them to each client, and propose groundbreaking ideas to drive results
Manage overall content strategy to achieve client goals through creative optimization
Source raw creative assets from clients, UGC actors, AI, and emerging sources
Manage relationships with graphic designers and video editors to transform raw creatives into high-performing direct response ads
Create data-driven creative/content reports with recommendations based on historical data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Stay up-to-date with content trends across popular social media platforms and emerging channels
Analyze ad performance using platform UIs (Meta, Klaviyo, Motion, GA4, etc.) and provide data-led recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Proactively discover new ways to accomplish client goals and nurture relationships to scale their success
Test emerging platforms and strategic tactics to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation

- Who you are:
You are a strategic creative professional with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment. Your background in growth, design, social media, or copywriting has honed your ability to craft compelling narratives and drive engagement across various platforms.

As a creative strategist, you possess a unique blend of analytical and creative skills, allowing you to extract meaningful insights from data and transform them into innovative, high-performing content strategies. You have a keen eye for identifying trends and a proactive approach to proposing fresh ideas that push the boundaries of digital marketing.
Collaboration is second nature to you, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment. You have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to bring your strategies to life, and your strong communication skills enable you to effectively articulate your vision.
You are data-driven and results-oriented, constantly seeking ways to optimize your strategies based on performance metrics. You are passionate about creating content that resonates with audiences and drives business growth, and you have a curious mind that is always eager to learn and adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape.
