Account Representative/Customer Support

A medical laboratory in Chicago, IL USA is in need of Customer Care Specialists to maintain help retain clients and generate new customer awareness in the different markets it operate. Here are the tasks of the candidate we are looking for.

Conduct calls to various home health agencies, facilities and doctor offices to obtain insurance and other pertinent information.
* Obtain new business/customers
* Explain the company services and fax or email company services to target market.
* Answer queries on services offered and clarify benefits to its customers.
* Follow-up sales calls made and establish rapport with contact person.
* Research correct contact information of targeted clients.
* Set appointment when able, to potential new customers.
* Answer forwarded calls to take message and forward message to main office.
* Download data to MS Excel spreadsheet to modify, do calculation for analysis
* Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Candidates must be honest, hardworking, dependable and have the following requirements:

1. Fluent in English, and preferably speaks with "the American slang".
2. Experience in US healthcare system (preferred), customer service and handling politely, rude customers.
3. Possess good writing skills and be able to correspond with customers.
4. Available 40 hours a week to work Pacific Standard Time 8:30am - 5:30pm with a quiet background.
5. Must have a working computer with double monitors at least 4GB RAM and internet speed capable handling voice calls simultaneously running with a working camera.
6. Knowledgeable with excel, word and other office suites.
7. Demonstrate data entry skills.
8. Pays attention to detail before executing task.
9. Must have internet speed of at least 20MB with stable internet connection and power.
