Responsibilities
- Create, design and post 1~3 content daily across social media accounts (Instagram,
(Scheduling ahead of time helps reduce workloads and ensure content is posted.)
- Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for brand growth
- Monitor social analytics
(Check what campaigns are working (or not working) across channels so time and money are spent on the right channels and aimed at the right people)
- Engage with audience from the company’s social media accounts
(Respond to any comments and deal with customer queries. In other words, use social media channels as a customer service channel)
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a social media manager or a similar role (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
- Experience in designing creative content and post designs.
- Experience in graphic design software.
- Experience in managing social media related to fashion (Jewelry related)
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
