Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients and contributing to our sales goals. Extra hours may be required and will be compensated hourly based on the defined salary.

Responsibilities:

Handling outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
Providing excellent customer service and support.
Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Working Conditions:

Must be on video calls during work hours for monitoring and collaboration.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Backup internet connection.
Backup power supply (e.g., UPS, generator) to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales experience or a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation:
