Social Media Director / VA

As a seasoned entrepreneur at the helm of an emerging online brand, I am in search of a proactive individual to enhance our content strategy and accelerate our brand's expansion.

Our business currently thrives in the upper six to lower seven-figure range, specializing in coaching, consulting, and community-focused offerings.

With over 4 million views spanning several digital channels, our growth and lead generation are purely organic. Our goal is now to refine and expand our strategies for audience engagement and content management. I need a strategic thinker with a knack for meticulous execution to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule social media updates.
Engage lightly with our audience and respond to their interactions.
Distribute content uniformly across various platforms.
Implement daily and weekly standard procedures for each media channel.
Continually evaluate our channel performances and propose enhancements.
Craft engaging thumbnails, craft video descriptions, and optimize titles, particularly for YouTube.

Desired Skills:

Social media marketing and audience development.
Designing compelling graphics and video thumbnails.
AI tools for online engagement and content creation.
Basic video and audio editing capabilities.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and digital platforms.

Position Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language.
Availability for 40 hours per week.
Must be able to work during US business hours.
Proven experience in multimedia editing and social media management.
