Back End Developer (Node.js, MongoDB)

Join our dynamic fintech company as a Back End Developer, where you will play a crucial role in powering our innovative financial solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work alongside our front-end developers and project managers to build robust, scalable, and secure back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and MongoDB
Integrate the back-end systems with the front-end user interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect user data and sensitive financial information
Optimize database queries and server-side performance to ensure a fast and responsive user experience
Collaborate with the front-end team to troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions
Participate in project planning, code reviews, and technical discussions to contribute to the overall success of the project

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer, with a strong proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB
Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and designing scalable database schemas
Familiarity with security best practices, such as authentication, authorization, and data encryption
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
Knowledge of message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka)
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
