At Leopard.FYI, we help women & non-binary software engineers make informed decisions about tech companies by helping them get transparent info on compensation, gender ratios, culture and more. We also run a community for women/nb engineers to share, connect, backchannel, mentor and prepare for interviews together. Our company has 20 employees, many who are in PH, and we're growing our team by a few people before the end of the year!
In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting the Leopard marketplace by helping candidates effectively position themselves for roles within our network. Your responsibilities will include speaking directly with candidates to understand their skills and aspirations, guiding them on how to best present themselves, and coordinating follow-ups through phone and
You’ll work closely with the marketplace team to ensure alignment on candidate needs and opportunities. Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided by Leopard’s research team lead, the head of Operations, Carolina, and our founders, Jordan Leonard and Lexi Lewtan, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge necessary for success.
The role requires some overlap with US PST or EST hours, making morning or night shifts feasible. Strong communication skills, particularly on the phone, are essential, along with excellent writing abilities and attention to detail. You should be proactive in identifying candidates’ needs, offering advice, and enhancing their chances of success.
