Virtual Sales Associate

John Marshall Media is seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Sales Associate to join our team and provide support in various sales tasks. As a virtual sales associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with data scraping, lead generation, and outgoing sales. This is a remote position that offers flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Scraping:
- Conduct data scraping to collect information from different sources and compile it into usable formats.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in gathering relevant data.
- Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets or databases.

2. Lead Generation:
- Utilize various tools and platforms to research and identify potential leads within the audiobook industry.
- Collect contact information, such as email addresses and phone numbers, to generate a pool of leads for the sales team.
- Maintain lead databases and update them regularly.

3. Outgoing Sales:
- Assist the sales team in conducting outgoing sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Support in creating sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the team to track sales progress and update relevant sales metrics.

Additional Responsibilities:

- We may request to assist in general administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, managing emails, and handling correspondences if necessary.
