Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As a Customer Sales Representative at Onramp Lab, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and providing exceptional customer service with our native English-speaking colleagues. You will be responsible for answering live phone calls from customers located in America. Your command of English must be excellent to effectively communicate with customers. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, recommending new products or services to each customer and resolving any issues they may have. Professional training programs are available to get you equipped to become a professional sales agent, and earn the monthly commission plus extra bonus for Top performer of the month!

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer live phone calls from customers located in America.
- Generate sales on a daily basis using tried and tested methods along with new sales strategies.
- Work as a team with a group of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Recommend new products or services to each customer based on their needs and preferences.
- Listen to customer issues, empathize with their concerns, and provide effective solutions.

Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Excellent command of English to effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues.
