We are hiring short form editors to our content team in Fuerst Class Inc.

TYPE OF POSTS: Short Form videos of people speaking, with added subtitles, color grading, and transitions.

DAILY WORK: A regular day will consist of you creating from raw clips multiple variations of videos, following premade guides that we’ve built for each video type. You have weekly post quantity requirements which you will be working according to.

MONTHLY SALARY: $4/hr for the first 3 months, then will be increased to $5/hr.

SCOPE: During the first month 6 hours a day, 6 days a week. From month 2 we’ll increase to 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

COMMITMENT: This role is a full time job. We do not accept any other part time jobs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Have worked in previous company as a short form editor
Have a very high level of English
Have a portfolio of short form videos you’ve edited
Expert at color grading, transitions, auto generated subtitles
Available to work full time (no other part jobs will be allowed)

1. Portfolio of short form videos you have edited

3. Your editing strengths and weaknesses (be honest)

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING HIRING PROCESS:

1. You will be sent a test task where you’ll need to edit a raw clip in multiple different ways according to an SOP you will receive.
2. You will be invited to an interview with the CEO of the company.
3. You’ll be welcomed to our company with wide open arms, and we will begin our long journey together!
