Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Copywriter/Marketing Strategist/Brand Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Virtual Assistant to support a Copywriter/Marketing Strategist/Brand Strategist in various aspects of their business. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English language skills and a diverse range of abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Copywriting assistance for various marketing materials
Proofreading and editing written content
Managing and creating content for social media platforms
Graphic design for marketing collateral and social media posts
Conducting research to support marketing and branding strategies
Assisting in the preparation and management of prospective client pitches
Drafting and assembling materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Bookkeeping and invoicing clients
Website maintenance and updates

Requirements:

Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal
Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities
Proficiency in social media management and content creation
Graphic design skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with website maintenance and content management systems
Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and responsive communication
