As a key member of our patient-focused team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Patient Assistance: Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries about services, and addressing concerns with a patient-centric approach. Effectively managing the appointment scheduling system, coordinating appointments, and optimizing the appointment schedule for maximum efficiency.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about dental procedures, services, and general practice details to patients, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department whenever necessary.
