Job Description:
As an Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online sales operations and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential customers via online channels, respond to inquiries, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to online sales inquiries promptly and professionally
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and streamline sales processes
Leverage dialer TCN experience to efficiently connect with potential customers
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from online to in-person sales
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and promotional offers
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales role
Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience with dialer TCN
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
