Job Description:
The Real Estate Wholesaling Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring residential properties that meet our clients' investment criteria. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential wholesale properties through various channels, including direct mail, cold calling, online marketing, networking, and more.
- Conduct thorough market research and property analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
- Evaluate properties to determine their suitability for wholesale, including on-site inspections and detailed due diligence.
- Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners and real estate agents to secure favorable terms.
- Build and maintain a network of property sellers, real estate agents, investors, and other industry contacts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of acquired properties to the sales pipeline.
- Track and report on acquisition metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and acquiring wholesale properties.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess property value and investment potential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with CRM software and real estate analysis tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the USA real estate market.
- Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and property valuation methods.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
