Senior Land Acquisition Analyst

Global Development Corp. is seeking a Senior Land Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing strategic land assets for our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis to identify acquisition targets.
Manage the land acquisition process from initial contact to closing.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:

Excellent English speaking, and writing skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition (Preferred)
Proficiency in GIS and real estate analysis software.
