Project Manager - Web Design and Marketing

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the efficient execution of website design projects and maintenance needed for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, web design, backend development, and marketing strategies. This role involves coordinating tasks, optimizing workflows, and implementing systems to enhance productivity and streamline operations within a business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2+ years in project management, preferably in web design, backend development, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of web design principles, backend development technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, and familiarity with backend development frameworks and digital marketing platforms.
Leadership qualities with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.



Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee website design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Backend Development Oversight: Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of website designs with robust backend functionalities.
Marketing Campaign Initiation: Work closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and launch effective marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Task Streamlining: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement strategies to streamline tasks, improve productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
Systems Organization: Develop and maintain systems and processes to facilitate smooth operations in web design, backend development, and marketing departments.
Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing quality assurance measures and conducting regular reviews of project progress.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.
Team Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our business, providing updates on project status, addressing web concerns, and managing expectations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Previous experience working in a digital agency or technology startup environment.
