Overview
Our fashion company is looking for an Operations Representative to help us grow our brand. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth startup environment. They should have an interest in building a brand and care deeply about community & customer experience. The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, with an interest in fashion, sustainability, direct-to-consumer companies, and brand building.

Their day-to-day will involve connecting with our community through customer experience and customer service operations. Moreover, they will engage in order auditing, tracking inventory across multiple warehouses, communicating with our factories and overseeing production/fulfilment timelines.

The ideal candidate has experience working on platforms such as Shopify and can quickly learn backend operations related to order management, operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:?
Experience working on platforms such as Shopify and can quickly learn backend operations related to order management.
Monitor order status, trace shipments and collect data on delivery time and identify any delays/exceptions, set up automated email delivery update workflows to auto-alert customers when the order status changes, and more.
Forecast inventory replenishments.
Oversee production, inventory replenishments, and warehouse transfers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to manage workflow and operations.
Support our brand growth and take on key roles for upcoming campaigns and new product launches.
Connect with our community through customer experience, and our day-to-day customer service operations.
