Schedule
-Must be able to do at least 3-4 hours of interviews a day or 20 interviews a week.
- 5pm - 8 pm PST or 6-9pm PST or 4pm-7pm PST
-Gig will last for 3-4 weeks.
- Schedule is semi-flexible*

Job Description
-We are looking to give the opportunity for a virtual assistant to work as a Human Resources Recruiter. Our company is located in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, United States. We manage short term rentals and monthly rentals for our clients to achieve the maximum amount of profit on their investment.

Position will be a freelance/ part-time position. You will have training for 2-3 days.

Responsibilities include:

Human Resources
- Filter through email applications and selecting good applicants
- Setting up interviews
- Conducting the 1st interview and taking very good notes
- Inputting all applicants into a google sheet with notes
- Organizing the email into appropriate email folders
- Organizing all applicant documents


What We are Looking for
- Must have great social intelligence and be able to interact with several personalities.
- Must have very good English skills
- Must be able to finish tasks in a fast and speedy manner.
- Must have common sense

Education and Experience
- A minimum of a College Degree
- 3 years of HR Recruiting
- 2 years of Virtual Assistant or Work from Home Experience
