JOB OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our award-winning digital agency. Reporting directly to our Paid Media Lead, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Paid Media expert to make their mark in one of our fastest-growing departments.

You’ll be a problem-solver and analytical thinker with a track record of going above and beyond to make our clients more searchable and successful.

As a Senior Paid Media (PPC and Paid Social) Specialist your role will encompass a full approach to PPC and paid social campaign strategies for your assigned clients.

This opportunity is Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 12:00 am - Work from Home.

Your key tasks will include:
• Support the Paid Media Team to provide clients with Paid Media strategies and recommendations – mostly across PPC
• Assist with process improvement and upskilling the team in the best-in-class Paid Media techniques.
• Implementing paid media (search, paid social) campaigns and driving results for clients.
• Work with the global teams and provide support to client-facing teams in other territories.
• Planning, reporting, and client communication.
• Initiate and develop large-scale projects that can generate a huge impact on the growth of the department and company.
• Report to clients based on growth opportunities within the current campaigns and outside of just the Google, Bing, Facebook networks, Linked In, and TikTok.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate results and performance across the major channels.
• Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Work across other departments to identify cross-channel strategies.


We want you to have
• 4+ Years Experience in a Paid Media role more years’ experience in PPC
• An extensive knowledge in Paid Media
• Experience working on budgets of over £10K by yourself
• Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients
• Understanding of the interplay between Paid Media & SEO
• A proven track record of delivering results
• Experience with bid management platforms is a plus e.g. DoubleClick for Search
• Experience in hands-on programmatic advertising is desirable
• Hands-on experience working with Meta, Google Ads & TikTok
• Comfortable working with large sets of data
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
