JOB OVERVIEW

Our prominent injury law firm in California is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and talent management.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
-Manage the recruitment and selection process
-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
-Report to management and provide decision support with the use of HR metrics

Requirements and skills:
-Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
-A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR professional and extensive knowledge of all HR facets
-Ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills
-High attention to detail
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships on all levels of the company

-Graveyard shift (From Tuesday to Saturday | 12:00 AM-8:00 AM Manila Time)
