Marketing VA

Hi, we immediately need a Marketing VA to help us with our growing app development business. This is a part-time position with a salary + bonus and we’re looking to start someone asap.

To qualify for this position you must:
1. Speak English
2. Be able to use ConvertKit and google docs/slides/sheets.
3. Be good at online research
4. Be available occasionally during Pacific Standard Time for video calls
5. Be able to use time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
6. Be able to communicate via text or What’sApp

We work in the health and fitness industry so we need someone who is:
1. A fast learner
2. Detail oriented and can follow instructions
3. Good at working unsupervised

Some sample tasks
- [ ] Clean up and format our prospect google sheet- take out duplicates, combine lists (I’ll tell you which ones), etc
- [ ] Upload prospect lists to our Convertkit account and make sure they are tagged correctly in Convertkit
- [ ] Research potential prospects and add to our Prospect workbook in google (this is ongoing, please do this if you’re not working on a specific task)
- [ ] Create several simple landing pages and contact forms in our convertkit account. We will give you the text to use.
- [ ] Send messages to at least 50 prospects per day (we will provide message scripts and tell you which prospect list to use). This will be done via email or social media DMs.
- [ ] Track all messages sent in our Google prospect sheet (see columns on the sheet)
- [ ] Perform online research and create lists of companies/brands (based on requirements and examples I give you) and put them in the google prospect sheet
- [ ] Identify and message prospects on social media. Goal is to get the prospect to book a call with our salesperson.
- [ ] Edit and publish our podcasts
- [ ] Contact other podcasts for guest spots
- [ ] Contact guests to be on our podcast

NOTES
1. For all of these tasks I’ll either explain what you need to do or record a Loom video showing you what to to do.
2. The two most important parts of this job are the online research part and messaging prospects directly. If you’re good at that you’ll be successful with us.
3. Plan on 1-2 video calls per week, usually in the afternoon, Pacific Standard Time.
4. This is a part-time position to start. If you’re really good we’ll move you to full-time after the first 30 days. Work hours are flexible Mondays through Fridays. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays. Salary - $300/month for part-time work (20 hours per week).Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get: 13th month & raise in pay
5. If hired, you will be provided with training as needed to be successful in your role. You’ll be working directly for the President. As our business grows you will have numerous opportunities for advancement including increase in salary/benefits/bonuses; increase in responsibilities; the potential to travel to the US, etc.

Daily:
1. Send??email update daily with what you accomplished
2. Forward any/all??email replies you receive
