We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who will step into a pivotal role of overseeing client relationships and leading a dedicated Amazon Marketing Team. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, team development, client engagement, and performance management within our innovative and growth-focused environment.

What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon vendors or sellers, addressing client needs to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain timely communication with clients via email, providing regular updates on account performance and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share, analyzing data to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Identify and resolve account issues promptly, providing exceptional customer support.
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring clear communication of expectations, monitoring progress, and providing support as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's terms of service and proactively address any issues.
- Oversee end-to-end Amazon store management, focusing on improving ranking, conversion, and overall sales.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in Amazon Account Management with in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, listings, or advertising management.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working on Amazon, knowledgeable in tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, and/or DataDive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
- Able to assess difficult situations objectively and execute solutions independently.
- Skilled in virtually managing teams, monitoring performance against metrics, and driving action on urgent activities.
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to changing business priorities.
