ADAPT is seeking a Part-Time (20-30hrs/wk) Search Engine Optimisation expert to join our growing marketing team and help us rise in our Google search rankings.
You'll be joining a marketing team of 12+ staff with over 8 working in the Philippines and a growing company with over 80 staff across Australia and other parts of the world.
As the internal SEO Specialist you'll bring your expertise to help us lift our profile on Google and garner more clicks through organic search.
The right candidate will have over 7+ years in SEO specific roles with deep knowledge in optimising product/service pages, technical optimisations, experience with optimising events, and ranking blog content in highly competitive industries.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Technical Optimisation:
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure website architecture and site structure are optimised for search engine crawling and indexing.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to site speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical aspects.
On-Page Optimisation:
- Optimise website content, meta tags, interlinking headers, and images for targeted keywords.
- Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies to enhance content relevance and user experience.
- Ensure proper implementation of structured data and schema markup.
- Work with internal team and external partners to create or optimise content for search purposes
Off-Page Optimisation:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Monitor and manage the backlink profile to maintain a healthy link environment.
- Collaborate with content creators and other stakeholders to promote content across various channels.
Web Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor and report on SEO performance.
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on SEO performance and progress.
